John S. Enlow

ENLOW John S. Enlow passed away unexpectedly June 10, 2014. He was a Baptist by faith, saved by God s Grace, and is with his Heavenly Father walkin on Heaven s streets of gold. John was predeceased by his parents, John and Frances Enlow, one older sister, Judy, and a granddaughter Kimberly. John is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sandi, children Chris and wife Tiffany, Kevin and wife Alison, Kelley and husband Chad. Grandchildren Chelsey, Amanda, John Ryan, McKenzie, Logan, Conner, Devin, Taylor, Tyler, Patrick, Steven, and Ashton, and great-grandchildren Faith and Noah. Also, surviving are his sister Melanie and husband Andy Judy, sister-in-law Kathy Atkins, brother-in-law Rick Aycock and wife Julie, and many much loved nieces and nephews. John owned his own business, John s Refrigeration and Appliance Service for 30 years. He and his wife Sandi, loved street rods, antique cars, trucks, and race cars and enjoyed many years drag racing together in Jacksonville and Gainesville, and John was Super Gas top qualifier at the Gator Nationals one year. He was so proud of that. He also loved bass fishing in and around Palatka, Welaka, Georgetown on the St. Johns River. He was a home body and family man and wouldn t stay away from home very long. A memorial service will be held at Rolling Hills Baptist Church, 840 Permento Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32220 at 4 PM Saturday, July 19 followed by a dinner in the fellowship hall. ALL ARE WELCOME.
