John Fasciocco Obituary

FASCIOCCO John A. Fasciocco, 56, passed away March 10, 2007 at his residence. He was born August 1, 1950 in Philadelphia, PA where he resided until he moved to Jacksonville in 1999. He was a graduate of West Catholic High School in Philadelphia, PA and received his Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology from Manor Junior College. He was a mechanist with Amtrak, worked in various Veterinary Hospiatal in Philadelphia, PA and for ADT in Jacksonville. Family members include his life partner of 29 years, William J. Mooney; son, Joseph Fasciocco of Glenolden, PA; daughters, Phyllis Dwyer of Puyallup, WA and Nicole Akers of Broomall, PA; sisters, Mary Joyce of Oxford, PA, Veronica Piattelli of King of Prussia, PA, Judith (Dennis) Toomey of Santa Fe, NM; grandchildren, Danielle, Zachary, Marissa, Morgan, Melanie and Austin. He is predeceased by his parents, Panfilo and Edith Fasciocco and brother, James Fasciocco. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 17th inthe Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jacksonville Humane Society, 8464 Beach, Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32216. Billy,
We were so sorry to hear of John's passing. Seems that not long ago we were all laughing and dancing at Kristi & Ivan's wedding.
