I am sorry to hear of Joe's passing, and am extending my prayers for peace and comfort as the family moves through this difficult time.
I worked with Joe at the Gainesville Texas Police Department from 1985-1987. I remember Joe as a good-hearted person who took a great deal of pride in his work.
Again, you have my prayers for your family during this difficult time.
