Mamie Kirkland Obituary

KIRKLAND Mamie Lee Kirkland, age 78, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2005. She was a longtime Jacksonville resident and retired from St. Luke's Hospital after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kirkland and a son, Herman Schlok. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Schlok; granddaughter, Cheryl Spaur (husband, Mark); great-grandchild, Ashley Burns; brother, Donald Bridges (wife, Fran); sister, Betty Mitchell and numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday, December 12, 2005 in the chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 4315 N. Main St. with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #2). The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
