There aren't many people that I know who have the courage to go against the grain like Al. ...He chose a person when others said that it wasn't a good idea. Thanks to him, I am able to give people a chance to turn things around. I already miss him, but I know not nearly as much as his family. My continued thoughts and prayers to you all. --SYL
