I remember he would come oer after school everyday and we would laugh and he would eat all the snacks and drink all the kool-aid. Tavaris was such a nice sweet person and always happy with a smile on his face. He didn't deserve this and it's so sad

I was very shocked to hear that such a sweet and gentle person was taken from us so soon. We hadnt heard from or seen Tavaris in a while. Him and my daughters use to sit and talk on the phone for hours on end at night. He was like a big brother and son we all would like to have. I would ask that he not call so late but his kindness got me every time. To his lil brother you were his everything. Stay strong.

I would like to send me condolences to Tavaris' family. Tavaris was always willing to help and had a way of putting a smile on the faces of those that knew him. I remember times he made me laugh when I didn't even want to smile. Tavaris will truly be missed! And I will keep his family in my prayers.

Tavaris was not just a person of jokes and games but he was a guy wit a big heart... If you ask him something and he could help you, then believe me he would do it. I remember in gym walking the track, when we were suppose to be running...I can sit back and think when he would stop me in the hallway and say tell your cousin Ashley this and tell Ashley that.. However, I will always remember the good times .. And I send my prayers to the Miller Family

Words can't truly describe how I felt once I heard the news of Tavaris's death. He was more than a friend to me and was always there through thick and thin. I cried at the thought of knowing that we won't ever be able to see, talk, or embrace each other any more. Then, I stopped and thought of all the good times we once shared and how he never liked to see me down and realized that everything was going to be okay. He was and will always be one of the sweetest people that I know. My heart goes out out to his family and expecially to his mother and brother through this time of breavement. Through every lost there is a gain, we may not understand it now, but God doesn't make mistakes....

To The Family of Tavaris B. Miller,
You are in my prayers that God will comfort you during this tremendous loss. Tavaris was a gentle giant. He was always kind, polite and put the needs of others ahead of his own. I will truly miss hearing from him and my heart is also broken that he was taken from us at such a early age. I will cherish the good times and know that God was ready to bring his angel home!
