Barry Richard Williammee, 62, of Covington, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. He was born on March 11, 1959, in Wellsboro, a son of Charles Williammee and Ruth (Kennedy) Wilkins. Barry worked at Ward Manufacturing in Blossburg, as an iron pourer and was previously a cook at Eddie's Truck Stop and at Mansfield University in Mansfield.
He was a Marine Corps veteran and served in the National Guard for 10 years. Barry enjoyed music and playing trivia.
Barry is survived by a son, Collin and a daughter, Salem, both of Mansfield; brothers, Michael Williammee of Morris Run and Ervin (Jamie) Williammee of North Carolina.; sisters, Kathy Emmick of Morris, Christine Butler of Middlebury, Gale (Jeff) Wilcox of Tioga, Sharlene Walushka of Allentown and Kelly Wilkins of Lawrenceville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Gary Williammee, James Williammee, and Joseph Wilkins.
In keeping with Barry's wishes, there will be no services. Burial will take place in Woodlawn National Cemetery in Elmira, N.Y.
