BONNIE PIERCE Obituary
She was born on April 27, 1947, in Elmira, N.Y., a daughter of the late Duane D. Lewis and the late Christine (Clark) Cook and was married to the late Gerald J. Pierce.
She was formerly employed by Wundies as a seamstress. She attended the Mt. Zion Full Gospel Church, Wellsboro, enjoyed sewing, couponing, doves and was a member of the Morris 55 Club and the Ornament Club.
She is survived by a daughter: Tonya (Tim) Wilkinson of Wellsboro, sons: G. Scott (Debra Lockett) Pierce of Wellsboro, Brent (Ryan Bates) Pierce of Covington; sisters: Debra (Rick Bloom) Losey of Knoxville, Karen (Frank) Shutter of Honeoye, N.Y.; brother: Robert (Lynne Steadman) Lewis of Elkland; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, November 23, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Tim Miller officiating. Interment will be in the Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Mansfield.
