CONNIE BLANCHARD Obituary

Connie M. Blanchard, 86, of Wellsboro, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 30, 2025, at her home. She was born on August 31, 1939, in Blossburg, the daughter of Leon and Louise (Heatley) Graham. She worked as a cook and a waitress. Connie loved her family and enjoyed trick or treaters, playing cards, yard work, bird watching, and decorating for the holidays.
Connie is survived by her children, Tammey (George) DeLaura of Branford, Fla., Sherry Parsons of Wellsboro, Mark (Paula) Parsons of Wellsboro, Lonny (Cindy) Parsons of Middlebury and Gary (Tracy) Mast II of Mansfield; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Michael (Karen) Graham of Westfield; a sister, Fran Clinton of Holiday; sister-in-law, Jean Graham of Oregon Hill; and a former sister-in-law, Wanda Graham of Nauvoo. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Graham, and a brother-in-law, Gene Clinton.
