DELORIS I. WEEKS

1935 - 2015

Deloris I. Weeks, 79, resident of Park Hill Manor in Wellsboro, passed away at the Soldiers and Sailors hospital on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015.
She was the daughter of Earl A. Haner and Ethel Iona Reynolds, born in Blossburg, on August 16, 1935.
Deloris is survived by her children, Thomas Haner of Harrison Valley, Robert Weeks of Wellsboro, Dennis Weeks of Altoona, Steve Weeks of Wellsboro, Debbie Berg of Galeton, Cindy Farrell of Palm Coast, Fla., Linda Weeks of Galeton.Deloris also has one surviving brother, Robert Haner of Shortsville. She loved dearly her 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Deloris was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Weeks; son, Peteie Weeks; many brothers and sisters.
Deloris loved life and tried to show it in her every day living. She was a blessing to all that were around her. The greatest joys in her life was her family, friends and those around her. She attended the Church of Christ in Welsh Settlement for many years and also was a part of the Breath of Life Fellowship of Little Marsh.
Friends and Family are invited to Deloris's Life Celebration being held on Tuesday, Aug. 11, at 1 p.m., at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Deloris's committal service will be held at the West Hill Cemetery, Galeton, following the service. Pastors Robert Treat and Robert Weeks will be officiating. Funeral reception will be held at the Wellsboro Church of Christ, Welsh Settlement, Wellsboro following services.
