JEREMY SPROUSE Obituary

Jeremy W. Sprouse, 36 of Ulysses, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 10, 2015, at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.
He was born June 23, 1979, in Coudersport, the son of Carl and Pam Phillips Sprouse, lll.
He was a graduate of Coudersport High School and received his forestry degree from Penn College of Technology in Williamsport.
He was married Sept. 18, 2004, to the former Stephanie Vandegrift who survives. He was the owner and proprietor of Sprousy's Seasonal Maintenance soon to be God's Country Lawn Service. He was a member of The Generations Club, The Brookland Club, The NRA, The National Wild Turkey Federation and The Black Forest Conservation Club. He enjoyed coaching Little League baseball and during high school was an accomplished wrestler. He was a former guide for Big Moores Run fishing lodge and enjoyed all sports especially baseball. He was a member of The Coudersport Christian Missionary Alliance Church.
His family includes his wife, Stephanie; his parents, Carl and Pam; along with his children, Gabriel "Gabe," Lillian "Lily," both at home; sisters; Michelle Caram-Andruet (Roger) , Rachel Sprouse; nephews, Lucas, Ian, all of Florida; inlaws, Edward and Barbara Vandegrift of Wellsboro; brother-in-law, Keith (Angie) Vandegrift and nephews, Mitch and Nathan.
Jeremy's Life Celebration Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 16, at 4 p.m., from the Coudersport Christian and Missionary Alliance Church with his Pastors Joseph Lazurek and Joseph Gerhart officiating. His family suggests contributions be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church Christian School, Tuition Dept., 53 West Ave. Wellsboro, Pa. 16901 or The Coudersport Alliance Church, 1 Alliance Ave., Coudersport, Pa., 16915.
Arrangements held by Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, Ltd.," A Life Celebration Home," 210 North East St., Coudersport.
