Paul D. Urner, 65, of Wellsboro, passed away Sept. 19, 2021. He was born Dec. 2, 1955 in Pottstown to Harry N. and Kathleen (Fisher) Urner.
Paul earned an Associate's Degree in Business and built a career as an operations manager in retail. He was a very active member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Wellsboro, and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and a member of Sons of the American Legion Squadron 601 Sonestown,. Paul was an avid gardener and enjoyed walking, especially through the neighborhoods of Wellsboro. He was a rabid Philadelphia Flyers fan and a dedicated Mopar Maniac.
Paul is survived by his brother, Mark A. Urner (Brenda) of Muncy Valley; a nephew, Mark R. Urner (Kristyn Lykken) of Oswego, Ill. and a niece, Sara K. Healy (Cameron) of New Holland and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Mass at St. Peter's Catholic Church at 12 noon on Oct. 16 with the Rev. Joseph Mosley officiating. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery of Pottstown. Those wishing to make a donation in Paul's memory are invited to remember St. Peter's Catholic Church, 47 Central Avenue, Wellsboro, PA 16901 or the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.

worked with Paul a number of years. We were gardening friends & after I moved to TN we Emailed each other a lot. Was really shocked to hear of his death.
