Richard "Dick" G. Kelley, 78, of Canton, passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2021. Dick enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961 and deployed to Vietnam. A private family gathering will be held. A public memorial will be announced at a later date.
