Christopher Brunner Obituary
Christopher J. Brunner, 34, of Hahn's Dairy Road, Palmerton, Lower Towamensing Township, died suddenly early Friday morning, March 20, in his home. He was the husband of Jennifer H. (Koma) Brunner since Dec. 4, 2004.
He worked in the guest services department of the Blue Mountain Ski Area, Palmerton.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of George W. Brunner of Walnutport and Cynthia Kern of Allentown.
A 1999 graduate of Northern Lehigh High School, he served as a sergeant (E-4) in the Army during the Iraq War.
Christopher was a loving husband and a wonderful father.
Surviving in addition to his widow and parents are two sons, Elijah and Layne; two sisters, Kelly and Jenna; a brother Tyler; a stepbrother, Christopher Freed; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Diana (Kromer) Koma, with whom he resided; several aunts, uncles and cousins; numerous friends; and his best friend canine Laylah.
Service: Funeral services 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Ave., Palmerton. Interment, private. Call 5-7 p.m. Thursday. Contributions may be made to the Brunner Children Education Fund, c/o First Northern Bank, Palmerton. Online condolences can be offered at www.schislerfuneralhomes.com.

Chris we shared some of the best laughs growing up I could ever asked for. Different paths we chose not so different. We both served our country and are good fathers and husbands.
