Elizabeth Alonge Obituary
Elizabeth G. Alonge, 74, of Brockton, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, while at Luther Ridge Assisted Living, Pottsville.
Born on Oct. 20, 1948, in Florence, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Sara (Putnam) Grey.
In addition to her parents, Libby is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Maurer Billups, who passed away in 2017; and her brothers, Jesse, Robert and Danny Grey.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, William Alonge of Brockton; and her niece, Stephanie Wilson of Easley, S.C.
Service: Private funeral service at convenience of family. Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven, is entrusted with the services, with the burial to be on-site at Schuylkill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers contributions in her name may be made to the Hillside SPCA, 51 Hillside Road, Pottsville, PA 17901.
