Mabel Fritz Obituary
Mrs. Mabel M. Fritz, 87, formerly of Lehighton, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, in the Riverton Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Allentown. She was the widow of Marlyn A. Fritz.
Born in Coatesville on Dec. 30, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Verna (Helmar) Reusch.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed at PNC Bank in Lehighton as a customer representative.
She was an active member of Zion UCC, Lehighton, and also attended church services at Christ Lutheran Church, Penn Forest Township.
Surviving are two sons, Paul Fritz (Deborah) of Lehighton and David Fritz (Audrey) of Walnutport; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was also the stepmother to Shirley Kane and the late Marlene Kunkel of Tamaqua.
Service: Private funeral service at convenience of family. Arrangements by Ovsak Funeral Home, Lehighton. Contributions in her name may be made to Zion UCC, 225 Iron St., Lehighton, PA 18235, or Christ Lutheran Church, 185 Church Rd., Jim Thorpe, PA 18229.
