Paul Sitarchyk Obituary
Paul P. Sitarchyk, 91, of Palmerton, passed away peacefully on Oct. 18, 2025, in his home, surrounded by family.
Born on July 8, 1934, in Packerton, he was the son of the late Peter and Sofie (Dzuba) Sitarchyk. He married Joan (Hammel) in 1956, and together they shared nearly 69 years, raising four children, and enjoying nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Paul retired from UPS after 27 years and later worked part-time for Palmerton Auto.
A devoted Jehovah's Witness, he faithfully served with the Lehighton and Palmerton congregations. Known for his kind heart, humor and love of pinochle, Paul also enjoyed traveling with family, fishing trips to Canada, and visits to Florida.
Surviving are his wife, Joan; sons, Paul (Tamara) and Michael (Llewellyn); daughters, Tami and Trina (David); nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Peter, Mary, Ann, Cathryn, Joseph, Rose, Agnes and John.
Service: Memorial service 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 8110 Rt. 873, Slatington.

I worked with Paul at UPS during the 90's. I was his Manager for a while. I had the greatest respect for Paul. He was a great delivery driver and role model for the younger drivers and a great human being. I am sorry for your loss and will keep him and your family in my prayers.
