Richard C. Ebert

Richard C. Ebert, 49, of South Avenue, Jim Thorpe, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024, in the St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Richard E. Ebert of Philadelphia and the late Sandra A. (Moser) Ebert.

He was a 1993 graduate of Lehighton Area High School.

He had worked as a night auditor for Split Rock Resort, Lake Harmony, for over 15 years.

Besides his father, he is survived by his sister, Jennifer R., wife of Frank Molenaar Jr. of Lehighton.

No services will be held. The Mayes-Melber Funeral Home, 200 Franklin St., Weissport, is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 900 Walt Whitman Rd., Melville, N.Y. 11747.

Condolences to the family. Rich and I were friends in high school. I still remember watching Rocky Horror Picture Show for the first time with him. He´ll be greatly missed.
