Thomas Davis Obituary
Thomas M. Davis, 73, of Lansford, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in the St. Luke's Hospital, Miners Campus, Coaldale.
He was employed in the shipping department of the former W & L Manufacturing, Coaldale, and then was a certified nurse assistant at the former Coaldale State General Hospital, Coaldale, for many years.
Born in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Thomas and Margaret (Wargo) Davis.
He was a member of the former St. Michael's Catholic Church, Lansford, and a current member of the St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, Summit Hill. He was also a member of the St. Ann's Society.
Surviving are cousins and close friends.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Davis.
Service: Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, 462 W. Ludlow St., Summit Hill, with the Rev. Robert George officiating. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, Summit Hill. Call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Arrangements by Sverchek-Blazosky Funeral Home, Lansford. So sorry for your loss I knew Tom for a long time I worked with Tom at St Luke´s hospital for number of years he was a great person. Tom took great care of his patients when he was a CNA he will be greatly missed by all
