Andras Bais Obituary
Andras "Andy" Bais, age 55, of Toledo, OH, passed away suddenly Friday, August 20, 2021, at the Arbors of Oregon. He was born November 21, 1965, to Tibursio Aguirre-Bais and Mary Ann Harper. He was raised by Petra Bais.
Andras loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He enjoyed family gatherings. Andras was a fan of old school cars and he definitely liked going to Milan race track to watch his step-son, Brian, race. He spent most of his days painting cars.
Andras was preceded in death by his father, Tibursio Aguirre-Bais; mother, Petra Bais; and his children's mother, Tracy Hyslop. Also preceded by Joseph, Sr., Jesse Bais, Armando Bais, Mario Bais, Michael, Sr., Chanita Bais, Theresa Moya and many others.
He is survived by his daughters, Julissa Hyslop, Alishia Hyslop; and step-son, Brian (Lynda) Cook. He is also survived by his siblings, Crystal (David) Wiggins and TJ Aguirre. Surviving are his grandchildren, JaLeyiah Harris, MiAnna Moore, Le'Asyiah Harris, Jay'Ceion Harris, La'Veion Harris, and Caleb Cook.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Ansberg-West Funeral Home at 3000 W. Sylvania, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, from 3:00pm – 9:00pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 11:30am for burial at Restlawn Memorial Park, 5665 Genoa Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551. Condolences for Andras' family may be expressed online at
