Barry and I were friends from our days together at Redeemer Lutheran Church. The season of l950-51 our Redeemer basketball team won the Luther League championship and we were team mates. When my wife Jan and I lived in Maumee we got to know Barry's sister Barbara. She worked for the Maumee school board. Barry was a big friendly guy and I remember him well. We never saw each other after high school. Please extend our condolences to the Bigelow family.
