Blanche Kusz Obituary
02/03/1932 - 06/14/2024
Blanche F. Kusz, age 92, of South Toledo, passed away surrounded by her loved ones, June 14, 2024. Blanche was born February 3, 1932, in Toledo, Ohio, into a family strong in the Catholic faith. She was proud of her Czech heritage. Blanche worked for Willys-Overland before meeting the love of her life, the late Kenneth. It was her passion and joy raising her four children alongside Ken. She later went back to work for Kimberly Clark for over twenty years. Blanche actively assisted her community as a voting booth volunteer, and spent many years as a parishioner of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church.
Left to cherish Blanche's memory are her sons, Kevin (Kathleen) Kusz and Keith (Gina) Kusz; son-in-law, Ken Toth; she is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Kenneth Kusz; daughters, Michelle Toth and Laura Kusz; grandson, Brandon Kusz; siblings, Betty, Dorothy and Ann.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to American Heart Association and Alzheimer's Association, or an organization of the donor's choice, in Blanche's honor.
Blanche will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery.

My sympathy to Blanche's family at this sad time. I knew her from Holy Rosary church and grade school, we were in the same class.She then went on to Notre Dame Academy and I to Central Catholic High Schoo. We lost contact until much later when we remet at Andersons and got to chatting and catching up. We were good friends in school and she will be missed. RIP.
