Bonnie Jean Eckert

Bonnie Jean Eckert, 73, died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Arbors of Oregon. She was born January 20, 1944 in St. Joseph, MO to the late Thelma (Smith) Wedwick and Marvin Whited.

Bonnie is survived by children, Jackie (Norm) Oldenburg, Angie Betz (Robin Kelley) and Georgia (Gerald) McGeorge; grandchildren, Melissa Oldenburg, Ben (Lauren) Oldenburg, Emily Oldenburg, Barbara Soto, Anthony McGeorge, Cody McGeorge and Angela (Brandon) Henninger; great-grandchildren, Eric Chutich, Alan Graves, Cruz, Athena and Ruben Gomez, Braydon Henninger and Sterling Oldenburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Eckert.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. with a memorial service at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
