Brigid Fall Obituary
Brigid Elizabeth (Denney)
Brigid Elizabeth Fall, 56, of Toledo, OH and formerly of Port Clinton, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015, at her residence. She was born Elizabeth Ann Denney on October 16, 1958, in Port Clinton, OH, the daughter of Raymond C. and Elizabeth A. (Fall) Denney. Brigid received her bachelor's degree from Heidelburg University, and her master's degree from Kent State University. She worked as a children's librarian for the Toledo Lucas County Library, Toledo Heights Branch for 25 years, retiring on November 28, 2014. Brigid enjoyed the theater, traveling, scrapbooking, crafts and was an avid Harry Potter fan.
Survivors include sister, Virginia Denney and brother, Robert (Helen) Denney, both of Port Clinton. Brigid was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Russell Denney.
Friends may call 12 noon until time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 7, 2015, in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, conducted by Pastor Bruce Batchelor-Glader. Memorial donations in memory of Brigid may be given to the Toledo Lucas County Library Legacy Fund, 423 Shasta Dr., Toledo, OH 43609. Online condolences may be shared with the family at:

Beth and I were childhood friends. I lived down the street from her family. She was always a joy to be around and such a good person. We lost contact as we got older but not forgotten. My prayers and sympathy are with your family.

Brid has been my friend for almost 40 years. I think of her and will miss her often. I still can't believe that she is gone. I am so glad I was able to see her on her last birthday. My condolences to her family.

When I saw Brigids picture, I knew I saw that face before. As I read on, when it said where she worked, that confirmed it. I only saw Brigid a few times, but she left an impression I didn't forget.
