Carol GHESQUIERE Obituary

GHESQUIERE Carol A. Carol A. Ghesquiere, age 70, of Sylvania, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011, in the Advanced Specialty Hospital, Toledo. She was born March 14, 1941 in Toledo to Floyd and Lauretta (Aubry) Trudeau. A graduate of Central Catholic High School, Carol retired from NFO Research in 2006 after 21 years employment. She was a past member and officer of Guiding Hands CCL and a member of various card and bunco clubs. Carol was a seamstress, enjoyed doll making, knitting, crocheting and especially enjoyed being a grandmother. The widow of Charles L. Ghesquiere, she was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth. Surviving are her daughters, Kathleen (Mark) Kinsel and Karen Ghesquiere; son, Thomas (Jennifer) Ghesquiere; and grandchildren, Steven Kinsel and Cassidy, Kendra and Colton Ghesquiere. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey) where funeral services will begin Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral Home followed by the Mass of the Resurrection at St. Joseph's Church, Sylvania at 10 a.m. Interment Toledo Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 River Rd., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. To the Family,
So sorry for your loss. I worked with Carolyn at NFO. She was a very nice lady. My hope is that you will cling to the many happy memories you have of her to help you through your grief. Take comfort in the thought that she no longer suffers in an earthly body.
