Carol Hendrzak, 81, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2024. She was born on November 24, 1942, to Anna (Kopena) and Frank Pawlowicz.
She was a graduate of Saint Ursula Academy, class of 1960. Carol was an avid movie fan and QVC shopper. She worked at UTMC for 20 years, retiring in 2011.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Kristin (Ziad) Musallam; and son, Gregory (Joan) Hendrzak; grandchildren, Gregory Jr. (Amy), Jeffery (Jennifer), Jonathan (Lisa), James Hendrzak, Emily (Saleh) Aburaad, Tarik Musallam; and four great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH 43614, on Wednesday, October 23rd, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m.
