Cecil McCourt Obituary
April 18, 1961 - January 15, 2022
Cecil "Rick" F. McCourt, age 60, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly due to complications of covid, Saturday, January 15, 2022 at St. Anne's Mercy Hospital just four days after his Mother passed away. He was born April 18, 1961 in Toledo, Ohio to Cecil H. and Mary E. (Coyle) McCourt. Rick attended Emmanuel Christian School then went on to graduate from Whitmer High School. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, the Detroit Red Wings and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
In addition to his parents, Rick was also preceded in death by his son, Christopher. He is survived by his sister, Marcia (Butch) Stover; granddaughter, Tori Cluckey; great-grandchildren, Rudy & Saliciana; numerous cousins; and his little buddy, Trouble.
Rick made the decision years ago to donate his body to science.
The family will receive guests Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 4207 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo. Funeral services will begin Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at the church. Officiating will be Pastor Bill Baker.

I was sorry to hear about Rick. Way to young. We grew up in the neighborhood together. I used to enjoy going to his dad's house and hanging out together.
