This comes to me with heavy heart. I spent more than 12 years with AA Boos and Charlie was a huge part of my time there. Never did I ever think a man could be as wonderful as his father Milt. I was able to be given the opportunity to build Charlie's home. There Is where I really got to know him. He there became more than a boss, he became a true friend. The Boos family will always be a huge of me and has been and huge reason of why I am who I am today. They always believed in me and Charlie was my fuel to be even more then I thought I could be. I pray endlessly for his family, Greg, Linda, Bob and so many others. I am so sorry for your loss. I will forever love the Boos family and it will always be a part of me as I grow as a human. Thank you Charlie for being a part of my life, my friend, believing in me and pushing me to be who I am today. God speed

Thoughts and Prayers for the family. My earliest memories of Charlie was when he did a magic show for me when I was younger. He will be missed. But know, one day we will all be together again in heaven.
