We were friends many many years ago most likely in our 20s. I remember the name and it brought so many memories of our years past. Sad that he´s not here now but when I think of him I remember a big guy who was so much fun to be around.

Chic was the consummate professional law enforcement officer and chief of police. He was one of the few graduates in the area of the Northwestern Staff and Command College- Long Course. I remember many a chiefs meeting where his wisdom and advice were sought. Rest in peace my friend
