Darlene Maltman Obituary
Darlene R. Maltman, age 83 years, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Charter Senior Living in Sylvania. She was born in Toledo on June 27, 1942, to Ruth (Burkett) and Albert Walls. A graduate of Whitney Vocational School, she was a homemaker who loved collecting, doing needlework, and ceramics. She enjoyed watching Godzilla movies, a good Margarita, and was an avid fan of the various Toledo hockey teams over the years.
Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Roger L. Maltman, in 2012. Surviving are her children, Keith (Peggy) Maltman and Cindy (Edward) Myers; sisters, Ruthann Zeh and Patty Wilhelm; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, and another on the way.
Services will be private for the family.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
