David Fleischman Obituary
David Lyle
David Lyle Fleischman, age 67, of Toledo, Ohio passed away June 5, 2015, at Heartland of Perrysburg with his wife, Diana (Sadler) L. Fleischman, by his side. He was born January 17, 1948, in Toledo to Wilbur and Miriam Fleischman. David graduated from Bowsher High School and worked for Chrysler Jeep and Toledo Machine for 30 years. He served in the Army Reserve, 983rd Infantry Battalion where he met his wife, Diana and married in 1980. David will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends for his sense of humor, generosity and deep faith in Christ which helped him to endure his suffering in his final months of life. Diana L. Fleischman was a constant companion with him and comforted him until his death.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his eldest brother, John. He is survived by his wife, Diana; two older brothers, Dan and Terry and his younger sister, Candy Petersen. He also had four nephews, John Jr., Scott, Matt and Adam; nieces, Heidi, Denise and Kristin; 5 great-nephews and 4 great-nieces, and brother-in-law, Gary (Judy) Sadler and their children, Thomas Sadler, Christopher Sadler and Sabrina Sadler and others.
The family will receive guests, Thursday, June 11, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, Ohio (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday, June 12, 2015, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Cemetery, LaSalle, Michigan.
Memorial contributions may be made to Diana L. Fleischman in David's memory.

SINCEREST CONDOLENCES....I knew Dave many years ago along with his older brother Dan ..from Dan's auto collision Repair Shop....we all had many an engaging , intelligent conversations about whatever happened to strike our mood....there are some, just so special People that you meet in your life...you can never forget them...they are down to earth , with values that are so extraordinarily high, just truly SPECIAL...that is the best way I know to Describe ...Dave & Dan Fleishman....I also knew their father...Wilbur....Quality people & Family , very valued Friendships.....Peace my Friend , in THEIR loving arms & embrace....Jim McGee
