David Harmacinski Obituary
David Lee Harmacinski, of Houston, TX died at Methodist Hospital in The Woodlands, TX on Sunday, December 4, 2022 after a brief illness. He was born on March 8, 1939 to Anton and Angeline (Lewandowski) Harmacinski.
David worked for many years in men's clothing. He was president of Baker Clothing Company in Toledo, Ohio, and in 1978 relocated to Houston, TX, and worked for several men's clothing stores, including 30 years for The Men's Wearhouse, holding many positions, including Store Manager, retiring in 2015 at the age of 76.
He was a devoted Catholic, who was dedicated to his faith and loved going to Mass.
David will always be remembered for his fun-loving nature and sense of humor. He brought a smile to everyone he met. He enjoyed going on cruises, dancing, playing bingo, and spending time with his family.
David is survived by his daughter, Nancy Lynn Ferrell, and her husband, Robert; along with his two grandsons, David and Michael Ferrell.
David was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Leona Harmacinski.
A graveside service for David will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
