Deborah Felton Obituary

FELTON Deborah Ann (Keil) Deborah A. Felton, 59, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2008, at Orchard Villa Care Center in Oregon. She was born December 3, 1948, in Toledo to Dr. Gilbert and Carol (Hoesman) Keil and was a 1966 graduate of Rogers High School. She furthered her studies at the University of Toledo dual majoring in English and physical education and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. On May 6, 1972 she married Dennis L. Felton in Toledo and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. For over twelve years, Deborah was a receptionist with Great Lakes Marketing and in her spare time enjoyed Toledo football, Broadway musicals, playing Euchre with friends, was an avid tennis player and traveling, especially her annual trips to the Smoky Mountains in North Carolina. She is survived by her husband, Dennis; daughters, Kelly McFellin of Toledo and Kimberly (Dan) Periat of Castalia, OH; granddaughter, Kamdyn Periat; sister, Constance (James) Hayne of Hillsdale, MI; nephews, Chad (Paula) Hayne and Todd Hayne; and niece, Amy (Curt) Wagner. Deborah was preceded in death by her son, Ryan Christopher Felton; grandchildren, Audrey, Olivia and Daniel Periat Jr. and parents, Dr. Gilbert and Carol Keil. Friends will be received from 2-9 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2008, in the Neville Funeral Home, Reynolds Corner Chapel, 5052 Dorr Street in Toledo (419-535-0951) where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 31, 2008. Burial will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. How wonderful it was to know your mom, what a beautiful lady. It was so obvious how much you loved your mom and cared for her.
