Dennis F.
Dennis F. Gorajewski, age 68, of Toledo, passed away on November 27, 2016. He was born on July 12, 1948 to Francis and Eleanor (Spitulski) Gorajewski in Toledo. Dennis proudly served his county in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a patrolman in Swanton, OH and as a security guard until he retired. While Dennis was a patrolman in Swanton, he was commended for saving four people in a house fire. He was a member of St. Hyacinth Church where he was a Eucharist Minister and was a member of the former American Legion Wroblewski Post 18. Dennis enjoyed writing letters. Many of the letters he wrote comprised of facts, opinions or a greeting and were directed to many different places including various organizations, companies, the government, and the President.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving is his sister, Janice Ludlow (William Patterson); brother, Arthur (Karen) Gorajewski; niece, Andrea (Duane) Whitenburg and her children, Kelsey and Ryan (Hailey Thanasiu) Whitenburg; nephews, David (Helen) Ludlow and Steven Ludlow.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at St. Hyacinth Church at 10:30 a.m., where family and friends may visit after 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Allen&Bobbie Chatman would like to send our condolences to the family, we had the privilege of meeting Dennis 14 yrs ago as we began his neighbor. He will truly be missed. Prayers to his family.

I remember Dennis as a neighbor in Toledo and as a friend during Viet Nam stationed id Okinawa...he greeted me when I arrived there and showed me around...RIP
