Devon CROUCH Obituary

CROUCH Devon L. Devon L. Crouch, age 56, of Toledo, lost his battle with Cancer, Sunday, October 24, 2010 in the John D. Dingle VA Medical Hospital in Detroit, MI. He was born October 23, 1954 to Steve and Betty (Roach) Crouch in Toledo. After graduating from Sylvania High School, Devon honorably served his country in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany. Also left behind to mourn are his siblings: Bill Crouch, Shelby (Don) Westfall, Mat (Liz) Crouch, Scott Crouch and Chris Crouch. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Teddy and Dave. Family and friends may gather on Monday, November 1st at Urbanski Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Road North of Laskey (419) 475-5055 from 11:00 a.m. until memorial services begin at 1:00 p.m. Devon's family wish to thank the many fine people at the VA Hospital for the care given to him.

To Devon's Family, I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. I hadn't seen Devon in a long time and had no idea he was ill. Wish I had, I would have loved to be there for him. We shared many good times, going back to the Family Tree days. Devon always made me smile. I will truly miss him.

I am very saddened upon reading this news. I/my family got to know Devon very well when my boys had a blues band called "Simon Carter". He loved them and brought us many happy moments. In addition, his love for the Vikings! All my prayers to the family..Just know, he certainly touched our lives.
