ALLEN & HELEN ROSENBERGER

March 22, 2008

*DEAR DENNY* I have for days been trying to find the right words to express my sorrow over the loss of your Dianne. I'm sorry I could not be there, truly my heart aches for you. What I will remember most, both of you always had a smile for somebody, anybody... and very gracious. You will be missing her I know, but Denny if their was anybody in this life who spread more love around, it was Dianne. For her husband, children and grandchildren... she was a good Grandma. I remember how worried she was for Carol when her son Edward was so very sick, Dianne shared with me her struggles and willing that boy to get well. She was so proud of Carol, for being a wonderful mother to Edward knowing she was only going to have him a short time. Carol should know that, it touched my heart how connected to her grandchildren she was. I hope you and Carol find comfort in the fact that she is home now with her Dad, and her grandson Edward. I love the picture you had in the paper, it was so Dianne, that sweet smile the one she shared with her Dad. We will think of her often Denny and hope to see you more. My regret will always be that my memories are few, but we have only good, positive vivid reminders of what a great Mom, caring Sister and wonderful Grandma she was. Allen was truly blessed to have her as a Sister... *FOR DIANNE* This is going to be tough for me Dianne, I'm so sorry for taking some things for granted, you being my sister-in-law for one... From the time I married your brother you were always so friendly, had a caring personality, huge heart, room for everybody in that heart.. I do not ever remember you once passing judgment all these years. You just understood, and were so forgiving. I wish I could be like you, but it runs deep with me Dianne, I can only hope one day to be half the person you were. I hope you know how much I love you... I will always remember that smile, and see that in my mind when I think of you... Your loving spirit and gentle heart. The way you made people feel they mattered. I did not get to see you nearly like I should have over the years, I know you are somewhere forgiving me for that, because that is how it was with you... We will miss you so, the lives you touched and the family you left behind, all our days we will think of you. *GOODBYE SWEET DIANNE*** BE AT PEACE*

You will be sorely missed and I wanted you to know that you both raised an absolutely wonderful family. The years we had were fantastic and will be cherished for the rest of our lives. So many wonderful memories at "Denny's Park" at the old house on Summerfield! She was a lucky person to have such a wonderful husband in her life, and I thank you for all the years of love and caring you extended to my sister. We extend our sympathy to you and yours during this time, but remember that we'll all look forward to seeing Dianne in our Lord's house above.
