What an incredible, kind and loving lady! I wanted to share one memory that I always think of when I think of her. When my mom was sick, in her last few weeks, Ellen was one of the church members who would come and sit with her so I could go to work. One day I came home and Ellen gave me just the best hug. I wish I could remember exactly what she said but it was essentially that Mom was getting ready to go and I needed to hear that in the way Ellen said it. She had such a quiet kind strength in her, everyone who knew her was blessed, lucky and better to have known her. The world is less without her. Prayers of comfort for you all.
