Emily Beckmann Obituary
1943 - 2025
Emily Suzanne Beckmann, age 82, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, in her home in Homosassa Florida. She was born on January 6, 1943, in Orange, Texas, and was preceded in death by her husband, Louis B. "Pat" Beckmann Jr., in 2006.
A devoted homemaker and part-time secretary, Emily's greatest joy was her family. She had a lifelong love of crafting. Whether working with ceramics, woodworking, macramé, or collecting antiques, her creativity showed in every room of her home, and she often gave her handcrafted items to those she loved.
She is survived by her children, Scott Nunamaker, Chris Nunamaker (Emily), and Lisa Beckmann-Brown (Tom); her grandchildren, Ian, Alex, Zachary, and Alaina; and her brother, Wayne Colburn. She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Rupert, Bert Rupert, and Helen McFadden.
At Emily's request, there will be no funeral service.
