01/28/12 Robin, Debbie, & Vicky, I am most sorry for the lost of your Father and my dear personal friend. We spoke last on the fourth and Dad was going to Maumee to watch the fireworks overlooking the river with one of you. The distance between Tampa and Toledo in our later years has kept us out of site but not out of my heart and love for you all. May GOD rest his Soul in Peace. Richard (Dick) Seaman & Sherrie.

Our condolences to the Booth family. Although I never met Ben you will remember a few times, Mary, when Jim Ernst and I would either take you to Ben's home or pick you up at Ben's home. One of my boyhood best friends lived across the street and was a neighbor of Ben, Marlon "Fish" Ruck. We remained friends and Jan and I moved to Brahier Lane in Maumee, a few blocks from the homes of Ben and "Fish". Susie, we remember meeting you when you worked at a department store. Often we asked about you, Mary. Jan and I now live in Scottsdale, Arizona. Again, our regrets to the Booth family.

Deb, Robin, Vicki and families,
I am so sorry for your loss. When my mother passed in July I found comfort in knowing mom and dad were together again. I hope you will find comfort in your parents being reunited. It's never easy finding the right words, so I'll just say "remember all the fun and laughter and love", that will get you through. God bless.
Your friend, Sherrie (Bookenberger) Burkhardt

I feel so fortunate to have gotten to know this wonderful man. It was amazing the similiarities between Ben and his brother Russell, my wonderful and caring father-in-law. I will always remember Uncle Ben as a funny, warm, and caring husband, father, grandfather and uncle. We named our son Jake Benjamin keeping his great uncle in mind. I wish he could have met him. He was always so interested in our life and we enjoyed the times spent together whether in person or on the phone. We love all of his daughters and everyone is in our prayers during this sad time.

I am saddened by Benny's passing as I have such fond wonderful memories of him and Carole. As a Libbey classmate and friend of Benney's and fellow employee and friend of Carole's, there are many years of memories. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.
