Jeffrey Pollauf Obituary
Jeffrey James "Jeff" Pollauf, age 67, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away March 17, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Jeff was born October 18, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Frederick and Mary Jewele (Stammen) Pollauf.
Jeff went to Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1974. Known as a Jack of all trades, but not for plumbing, he would help with family and friends with anything they needed fixing. He was very talented with woodworking; making beautiful pieces of art, small or big, from any piece of wood. He made bird feeders, light houses, and marquetry. Jeff enjoyed fishing, playing pool, going to NASCAR races, and the frequent winning at Euchre tournaments.
Jeff's love, stubbornness, and collection of all items will be missed by those who knew him!
Those left to cherish Jeff's memory are his siblings, Neil (Kim) Pollauf, Joyce (Don) Dauer, Laura (Dan) Burke, and Sharon (John) Kreger; nieces and nephews, Andrew (Stephanie), Kevin, Haley (Taylor), Jessica (Ryan), Miranda (Channing), Joel, Jeremy and Carly; great-nephew, Brekken; and special friend, Susie Arndt.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by many close friends.
Family and friends may gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio, 43623, on Sunday, March 24, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

My Uncle Jeff was a great man. He did so many great projects for our family, and he was always willing to help anyone with home improvement projects. He always was a great babysitter too. We had so many great times together. Being a lifelong bachelor, I think he always loved having company. While I'm sad he's no longer with us, I'm glad he's free of his pain and suffering. R.I.P. Jeff. We'll miss you.
