TOTH Jerry Allen Jerry Allen Toth, age 67, of Toledo, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the Mercy St. Vincent Regional Heart & Vascular Center, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 19, 1944, in Wauseon, OH to Louis and Mary (Detter) Toth. Jerry served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. A professional entrepreneur, skilled photographer, and videographer, whose focus was Christian broadcasting, he was a cofounder of Channel 40. He was also instrumental in developing his beloved daughter's musical career. Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 25 years, Sharlene Kufel Toth; daughter, Rebecca Toth, and nephew, Rick (Linda) Delaughter. He also leaves behind Sharlene's extended family members who loved him as their own, the Kufel, Kunovic, Godfrey, Motta, Malecki, Jakubowski, Bennett, and Turski families, and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, JoAnn Delaughter; brother, Robert Toth, and brother-in-law, Karl Delaughter. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. Funeral Services will be Sunday at 5 p.m. in the funeral home with Minister Rafael Cuellar presiding. The Lucas County Burial Corps will conclude with Military Honors at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the caring and compassionate doctors, nurses, and staff of Toledo Cardiology and the Heart & Vascular Center for their kindness and support.
