I'm so sorry for your loss. John was a very sweet man. Every time I would see him walking down to his sister's house with one your girls on his shoulders he would stop and chat. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Brenda, Sara, Emily, and Elizabeth, and the entire family of John Tifft,
Our family wants to convey our deepest sadness over the loss of your beloved John. We know that mere words don't begin to touch what you are experiencing at this time. Susie and Tifft family. I am deeply saddened by the loss of John. I only met him once (in 1971 or72) and I remember his happiness. Know that you and all your families are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

Brenda, Sorry to hear about John's passing. I was in my front yard today 6/10 when Rick Minkowski from the meter shop just happened to be driving by and he told me about John. I didn't know anything about it until just now about 11am. If I'd known about it I would have been to the visitation. When I was at the water dept. John was on my crew from time to time. John was a very good worker and always had me laughing. I've missed not working there anymore...John"Brickie" Buchholz.

Dear Brenda,
I cannot imagine your pain. Johnny was a good man and a wonderful friend. We shared many laughs and a few tears. He was Tracy's best friend and as my son said, "like an uncle" to our kids. Their hearts hurt for your girls.

Brenda, Sarah, Emily and Elizabeth. I do not even know what to say. I always looked forward to seeing you all, even though it has been a long time. John was always my favorite out of my dad's friends. He was a great person, always upbeat and I have many great memories of the "Pigman". John will never be forgotten.

John telling a joke after senior prom...it was late and he had more energy than the rest of put together!

Brenda, Mr. and Mrs Tifft and family, I am deeply saddened to read of John's death. I have such fond memories of him in high school (Blessed Sacrament was another issue altogether) Brenda; I remember how happy he was when he fell in love with you, I was so glad the two of you found each other. I tried to look you two up when I came to town several times, but lost track years ago. Please know that I am one of many who will always smile when they think of John. I have two pictures that were so indicative of his personality...he loved to ham it up for the camera, and he loved to make people laugh. They are from my scrapbook of high school. I've never had the pleasure of meeting your daughters, but I am sure they were the apple of his eye. May God comfort you through this and give you strength. I know John is smiling from above.

Dearest Brenda, John was a "one in a million" husband. We are all still stunned and there are no words to express this tremendous loss. John was always such a peaceful and nice person and he loved you so much. We will be praying for you, your daughters and relatives to get through this. The only peace we have is that John is up in Heaven with Adam whom he loved so much. God Bless You.
