September 27, 2024

I learned of John's passing a day ago from my husband. I'm a long-term customer and planned to take my car to John this week. We were out of town on 9/22/2024, but had I been home and aware of John's passing, I would have attended to pay my respects to his family and legacy.

John was kind, honest, and someone I enjoyed kibitzing with during my visits. He ALWAYS worked me in and listened to service my car. He did not upsell and was earnest about the life of my older MB SUV, even when I was ready to get a new car. Because John told me my SUV was mechanically road-worthy, I put off the expense of a new MB. John was a good person who was lost to us too soon but was called home by our Lord and Saviour according to his plan for John's life. John had shared some medical conditions he was diagnosed with, and he seemed to have outwardly and, in speaking, taken charge of managing his health. I last saw him in May 2024, and he looked great. It's sad to know he's gone, but I also know the unexpected nature of his passing may be the kindest he'll understand through our Lord in heaven. John touched my spirit as a kind soul and business owner, something we had in common and talked about. He shared how he was already planning for the family's business transition. Blessings to his family from our family, Mr. & Mrs. Althea and Gregory Williams,
