SCHLUETER Jon A. Jon A. Schlueter, 70, of Findlay passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at his residence. Jon was born on February 21, 1941, to the late Anton and Helen (Emans) Schlueter in Defiance, OH. Jon is survived by three brothers, Dan L. Schlueter of Clayton, MI, Philip H. (Eileen) Schlueter of Manitou Beach, MI, and Kevin K. Schlueter of Bowling Green, OH, and nephew, William (Corinne) Schlueter of Onsted, MI. Jon was a graduate of Metamora High School and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. He was the owner/president of Mid State Homes. Jon enjoyed the Arts, music, traveling, his friends and family gatherings. Jon took pleasure in sponsoring the Arts, his university fraternity, community events and charities. He was also a member of the New Hope Community Church, Findlay. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2011, at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay, where a memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. A luncheon will be held at New Hope Community Church following the service. Pastor Bruce McDaniel will officiate. Burial will take place in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Holgate, OH.
