June Killy-Peyton-Managhan Obituary

KILLY-PEYTON-MANAGHAN June (Wagner) 6/25/1926 - 12/17/2006 Gone from our sight but forever in our hearts. Our mother passed peacefully at home on December 17, 2006. Family and close friends were blessed with time to share her love during her final journey. She sang, she danced, she planted, and love grew because of her. She was a Toledo native who graduated in 1944 as Head Majorette from Woodward High School. She was most at home in her glorious gardens and looked forward to family gatherings, especially Christmas. She is reunited in heaven with her parents, Elmer and Lurena Wagner; sisters, Geneva, Elva, and Lurena; brothers, Howard and Alan and husbands, Glennon, Ralph, and Harold "Bud". She is survived by her seven children, Kathy (Ron) Schultz, Craig (Debbie) Killy, Glenn (Cindy) Killy, Denise (Bill) McCluskey, Scott (Cindy) Killy, Mark (Anita) Killy, Kim (Allen) Bunge; eleven grandchildren, Kelly (Kim) Cimney, Lisa (Todd) Dutched, Ian Killy, Scott II (Lynnette) Killy, Joshua (Bobbi-Jo) Killy, Derek McCluskey, September Killy, Lieth Killy, Erin Killy, Jill Bunge, Max Bunge; nine great-grandchildren, Ryan Dutched, Drew Dutched, Kyra Killy, Vincent Killy, Sierra Killy, Kaitlin Cimney, Mackenzie Killy, Anthony Killy, Phoebe Killy. Also survived by sister, Flora Sanders and brothers, Royal and Elmer Wagner. Friends and family may call Thursday, December 21, 2006, from 2-9 p.m. at Peinert Funeral Home, Whitehouse, Ohio. Funeral Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. The family expresses eternal gratitude for the compassionate care given by the nurses and aids of Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Comfort Keepers and requests that any monetary donations be sent to Hospice of Northwest Ohio so that other families may be blessed with their compassion. www.peinertfuneralhome.com

So sorry to hear of your loss. Your mother was a marvelous person. I knew you kids way back when you lived on Western across the street from us. I was your steady babysitter and that was a long time ago. My deepest sympathy to your family.

Hello to you: Kathy, Craig,Glenn, Denise, Scott, Mark, Kim and all of your families... Haven't heard about you guys and gals in such a long time... My Mom, (Mary Jane who turned 88 on the 13th of December), called me to let me know of your Mom's passing... All of my deep felt condolences goes out to you all for such a loss as your MOTHER... I for one, would not know WHAT to do when this happens...
Even though we all haven't seen each other in such a long time, my Mom and your Mom did converse from time to time on the phone... It was such a shock when my Mom told me that your Mom was going to pass just a couple of months ago... Sure was sad... She had been out to see June, maybe a couple of years ago, and was contemplating going out recently, but had not wanted to "bother" her in her time of illness... Now, she said she wished she had, if only for a couple of minutes, a tear and a hug...
I remember all the times that we had when you all lived on Western Avenue... What with climbing that big tree in your backyard, hide and seek, tag and all of our childhood games... It was such a quiet life way back when... Just think of it...
Be sure that you remember all of the "good times" that you spent with your Mom and all the times that she said that she LOVED you, PLUS all the hugs that she gave out unconditionally... This is what I hear will get you through all the bad times you'll have ahead... Just remember to keep your chins up...
Once again; I'll offer YOU ALL of our MOST SINCERE CONDOLENCES for your LOSS... She was and is such a WONDERFUL PERSON... From my entire family: May God hold your hearts close...
Feel free to contact us at any time... My Mom still lives on Western at 1145...

Dear ones,
Your mom blessed so many people many times over with her wonderfully warm personality, her beautiful smile, and her willingness to always be there for anyone who needed a helping hand. She's an excellent example of someone who "lived her faith", and we will all miss her greatly. Cherish your memories. With Sincere Sympathy,

Denise,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Remember when your Mom allowed me to borrow the gardening book? She helped me get my start as a gardener and I still love it. Take gentle care.

Grandma was always hoot! I didn't spend a tremendous amount of time with her, but the time I did spend was very pleasurable. Everyone who knew her was blessed. My condolences to the entire family.
