Kenneth McClure Obituary

MC CLURE Kenneth A. Kenneth A. McClure, 81, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2011 at The Manor at Perrysburg. Ken was born on January 23, 1930 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Ken served as a Vice President at Master Chemical Corporation, Perrysburg, for a number of years before retiring in 1993. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Maumee. Ken had a passion for history, trains and bow ties. He was an avid skier, sailor and trap & skeet shooter. Ken was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club and Toledo Trap & Skeet. Many friends joined Ken and his wife, Myra, when they became U.S. citizens at Put-In-Bay on the 4th of July, 2002. Ken is survived by his loving wife, Myra; son, Christopher (Helen) and daughter, Lisa of Bradenton, Florida; grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Laura, Rosie and Gracie, and sister, Beverley Foster of Toronto, Canada. A private family service was held. Arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133).
