LaMar Hoffman Obituary
LaMar E. Hoffman, 89, of Perrysburg, formerly of Fremont, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018. He was born in Ballville, OH to Glen and Bessie (Smith) Hoffman on July 18, 1929. LaMar married Alice M. Babione and spent 67 loving years together. In the Army, Lamar was a Master Sergeant in Company B in Korea where he earned a Silver and a Bronze Star. He worked for many years at Champion Spark Plug before retiring. Since retirement, LaMar still loved to meet up with his friends from Champion. He was active in the Boy Scouts and was a Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Alice; son, Kurt (Teresa) Hoffman; granddaughters, Ándrea (Nick) Sillery, Adrienne Hoffman; great-granddaughter, Eloise; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kent Hoffman; daughter, Andrea Hoffman; and brother, Keith Hoffman.
To honor LaMar's wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133).
