Lisa CHAPMAN-CISOWSKI Obituary

CHAPMAN-CISOWSKI Lisa Allen Lisa Allen Chapman-Cisowski, 52, of Barboursville, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2011 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Brent Beckett. Burial will be in Maddox-Swann Cemetery. She was preceded in death by the father of their children, Mark Chapman and her father-in-law and mother-law, Louis and Marlene Cisowski and brother-in-law, Frederick Cisowski. She was born November 15, 1958 in Huntington, a daughter of Gary O. Miller of FL, and Barbara Stephens Miller of Barboursville. She is also survived by her husband, David Cisowski; two sons and daughter-in-law, Mason and Michael Chapman and Cindy Skinner, all of Barboursville; her step-mother, Della Miller of FL; one brother, Gary Scott Miller of Barboursville; and grandson, Trey Chapman; two step-sisters, Teresa Ann Roe of Proctorville, OH and Cynthia Lynn McClure of Winterhaven, FL; and nephew, Zachary Miller of Argyle, TX; brother-in-law, Timothy Cisowski; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Cisowski, Margaret Miller and her husband, Andrew Miller, nieces, Alexandra and Sheridan and nephew, Ryan Miller, all of Toledo, OH; special friends, the Woodrum family and Jackie and Mike. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
