I remember him very well! My dad loved Fr. Lou Denny as our pastor at St. Jude Parish in Toledo. Several times he came to our house and others were invited and we had a home Mass outdoors. His love for God and God's people inspired my own vocation as a Sister of Notre Dame. May he rest in glory, joy and peace and may his family be consoled in their grief. His name is on our prayer board for this weekend's retreat at the Jesuit Retreat House in Oshkosh, WI.

The first time I met Father Denny was at Mercy Hospital where he was attending a dying relative of mine. I was so impressed with his compassion and the ease with which he dealt with my relative. May he receive the kindness and gentleness that he gave in his life.

To the family of My dear Fr. Denny. He made an impression that i have carried all these years. He was our guide, our mentor to my 8th grade class at Rosary Cathedral School in 1956.
