Marsha Drew Obituary

DREW

Marsha Ann

Marsha Ann Drew, age 64, of Maumee, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2014, at the

Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She spent her final days

surrounded by her family.

Marsha was born in Buffalo, New York to the late

Newell and Veronica (Kocsis) Liebler. She graduated at the top of her class from Sweet Home Senior High School in Amherst, New York. Marsha attended Pennsylvania State University, where she was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. She went on to graduate with high distinction with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Marsha was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa

Society. Marsha met her soul mate and husband of 41 years, while they both

attended Penn State. She worked for several years in the commercial mortgage industry, before dedicating her life to the upbringing of her two children. Marsha had devoted friends in many cities throughout her life, including Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Toledo. She was an avid reader and loved a good

political debate. She enjoyed playing golf with her family as well as traveling. She

especially loved her summer family vacations to the Gulf Coast. Marsha will be remembered for her strength and for the way she loved and supported all she came in contact with. She had a selfless and giving spirit that made the people around her better for knowing her.

Marsha will be greatly missed by her loving husband, James Drew; children, Mandy (Ryan) Brewington and Josh Drew; infant granddaughter, Lily; brother, Craig (Nina) Liebler; and

sister-in-law, Betsy (Ralph) Linarelli. Marsha's legacy also includes innumerable family and friends that she impacted in a positive way.

Marsha's family will

celebrate her life in a private memorial. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 East River Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Online condolences may be left for Marsha's family at
